All-Round Muscle

The Power of Kettle-Bell (KB)

  • Optimise Fat Burn
  • Build your Core
  • Increase Stamina
  • Fitter & Stronger
  • Escape Injury

KettleBell is one of the most basic pieces of fitness equipment around, not to mention the cheapest, but one KB can give you the ultimate, total-body workout.

It looks like a relic from a some forgotten contruction site. And true to form the KB is a remarkable piece of building kit. Armed with a single 4kg or 24kg bell, you can throw up walls of muscle, wreck sheets of useless flab and lay the foundations for lifelong fitness.

Who discovered it? No one knows for use. But the KB was being used for training as long as 100 years ago in Germany. Then, with the advent of the gym, it fell into disuse everywhere but Russia where soldiers still train with it today.

Recently, however, America rediscovered the KB as a multifaceted and effective piece of exercise equipment. Now the KB is coming to Gyms in UK, AU even small country like Singapore & Malaysia - and back gardens too. A single bell, all you need for a complete and arduous workout.

Its genius is the best-kept secret in fitness. A study by Russian Military showed recruits who trained only with KB could run faster than comrades who had trained by running alone. "Power lifters who normally lift hundreds of kilos in competition were able to improve by training with just 24kg KB,"All you need for a complete workout is a single KB," says KB expert around the world.

KB can be use as

  • Muscle Builder
  • Dynamic Workout
  • Fat Burner
  • Core Strength
  • Body Conditioning
  • Lean & Sculpt
  • Inner Strength

What is CardioFitz?

CardioFitz is important for both weight loss and good cardiovascular health. Some body-builders and fitness enthusiasts forget the importance of cardio because they don't want to lose muscle mass as a result. Contrary to what some people believe, cardio will not reduce your muscle mass, and it will help you build up endurance and gain more definition.

Below is a list of reasons why you should keep up to date with your cardio workouts.

1.Prevention of disease, such as obesity and heart attack
2.Good mental health (studies show that people who exercise more are less likely to be depressed)
3.Shed off that layer of unwanted fat to show off the body you worked so hard for
4.Lowers blood pressure and resting heart rate
5.Increases blood flow to your muscles, which results in more nutrients being delivered to them
6.Increases endurance, which might help you lift heavier for longer time periods

Judge for yourself what a good pace is for you;

If you can sing without difficulty, you aren’t working hard enough
If you can talk without much difficulty, you aren’t working very hard
If you can talk with a little difficulty, you are working at an average
If you can't talk at all, you might be working too hard

What is CrossFitz?

CrossFitz is a strength and conditioning fitness methodology. Its stated goal is to create "the quintessential athlete, equal parts gymnast, Olympic weightlifter, sprinter, rower and 800meter runner." Another word, you train your body to be a champion to face many fitness obstacles. Crossfitz is not sport-specific and promotes broad and general overall physical fitness. Its growing popularity has been fueled by a virtual community Internet model.

This principal of strength and conditioning program is so popular that many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide are using them daily in their workout regime.

CrossFitz maintains that proficiency is required in each of 10 fitness domains: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. CrossFitz says it increases work capacity and speed in these domains by provoking neurologic and hormonal adaptations across all metabolic pathways. The program's weightlifting component includes complex, compound movements with heavy loads.

CrossFitz also uses kettlebells, gymnastic rings, pull-up bars and many calisthenics exercises. CrossFitz may call on athletes to run, row, climb ropes, jump up on boxes, flip giant tires, and carry odd objects. They can also bounce medicine balls against the floor or a target on a wall.

CrossFit workouts typically call for athletes to work hard and fast, often with no rest. Many CrossFitz gyms use scoring and ranking systems, transforming workouts into sport.

Most gym in the world that offers CrossFitz also offers "Boot Camp" or "Elements of CrossFitz" introductory classes for beginners.

What is QuickFitz?

QuickFitz is the revolutionary fitness program that takes advantage of the body's natural adaptation processes to provide real results with just two (2) 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes sessions a week. The scientifically developed format is so effective it's copyrighted but does not require expensive equipment, long boring exercises, or dangerous supplements.Recent research has proven that short periods of high intensity exercise are more effective than long periods of lower intensity exercise. QuickFitz has taken these important medical findings and developed a simple program that will allow everyone to achieve their goals.

QuickFitz Vs. Regular Gym Exercise

QuickFitz Regular Gym Exercise
Typical Session Length 30 Minutes 90 Minutes
Fat Burn 12 2
Post-Activity Metabolism Boost 24-48 Hours 0-2 Hours
Cardiovascular Endurance Improvement Excellent Moderate
Athleticism Improvement Excellent Poor
